University of Florida

The University of Florida, nationally and internationally recognized as a leader in academic excellence, is the state’s oldest university. The university offers more than 100 online programs through UF Online.
Online students must meet the same admission and program requirements as traditional students. All students have access to the same support services, including an online bookstore, an online course management system, a career resource center, an online library, and an online tuition payment system.
UF Online offers four-year bachelor’s degree programs, 2+2 bachelor’s completion programs, and specialist degrees.
UF Online provides numerous online master’s degrees in topics such as agronomy, business administration, international construction management, aerospace engineering, special education, Latin, pharmaceutical sciences, and more.
UF Online offers online doctorate degrees in education, audiology, philosophy, nursing practice, and pharmacy.
The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges provides accreditation.
The Carnegie Foundation recognizes University of Florida as a research university with very high research activity.
Princeton Review included the University of Florida in its Best 378 Colleges 2014 list, and Forbes ranked the university 74 overall in its listing of America’s Top Colleges, and 41 in research universities. In addition, U.S. News & World Report ranked the University of Florida 49 in its 2014 edition of Best Colleges in National Universities list. The same magazine also ranked the university 5 for Best Online Bachelor’s Programs, 3 for Best Online Graduate Business Programs, 47 for Best Online Graduate Education Programs, and 44 for Best Online Graduate Engineering Programs.
